Japanese anatomy-name attribution

The Japanese display-name index in anatomy_names_ja.json combines:

1. Existing Anatomy-Genpaku terminology and model-specific compositional
   translations created for this application.
2. Japanese terminology from BodyParts3D isa_parts_list.txt where an exact
   English-name match is available.
